About the Role

As a Backend Engineer on the Onboarding Platform team, you'll help build scalable systems that power user onboarding and KYC processes globally, enabling new product launches and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Golang
• Design and scale distributed systems using modern cloud technologies
• Drive architecture and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and debug complex issues
• Ensure operational integrity, security, and scalability across systems
• Improve onboarding funnels and MTU conversion globally

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production systems
• Strong skills in system design, coding, and testing
• Excellent communication and a preference for open, transparent work culture
• Passionate about crypto and an open financial system

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hyper-growth environments
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
• Background in Blockchain technologies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
