Job description

• More than 10 years of experience in technologies such as .Net Development Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Gen AI, Digital Transformation, Architectural Design and Solutioning
• Prior experience in managing team minimum 10 people.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Able to design and develop the architecture for a Gen AI tool, managing end-to-end implementation.
• Integrated APIs for seamless communication with Large Language Models, other third party API’s and Gen AI services.
• Led Prompt Engineering efforts, refining structures to optimize AI responses.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate real-time AI features aligned with business goals.
• Ensured performance, scalability, and reliability for seamless AI-driven interactions.
• Collaborated closely with IT and Technical Architecture teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with the overall system architecture and business needs.
• Provided continuous technical leadership, offering guidance and support to the team on technical clarifications and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensured code quality by conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring team members, promoting best practices for software development.
• Coordinate with Business Users to identify system changes or enhancements that would improve system functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Lead the development of technical solutions by creating Proof of Concepts for complex or high-impact features before full implementation, ensuring feasibility and risk mitigation.
• Focus on performance optimization and system stability, advancing solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
