Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join the APAC AI Development Hub in Singapore. You will build scalable backend services, APIs, and platform components supporting AI and automation products. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and UX teams to productionize models and features.

You will guide junior engineers, contribute to design decisions, and help enforce engineering standards while delivering reliable services in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with production applications.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Go, Java or Node.js).
• Experience designing APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on with at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, monitoring and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for AI/automation products.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to deploy models.
• Contribute to engineering design discussions and code reviews.
• Build deployment pipelines and monitoring for reliable operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
