As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing IT architectures, innovative software solutions, and providing strategic technology consulting for our customers. You will partner with clients from various industries, taking a holistic view on solutions by integrating technical, organizational, and business requirements. You will also act as a coach and mentor, especially to younger team members.

Your Talent.

• After completing your studies in computer science or an equivalent related field (bachelor's/master's), you are now a Technology leader with at least 5-6 years of proven work experience, with broad knowledge of different technologies, methods, and architectures.
• Your architectural decisions consider non-functional requirements such as availability, flexibility, stability, ease of maintenance, and security, along with economic aspects.
• You are an expert in Enterprise Java/.NET technologies, web-based and desktop clients, application servers, and relational and NoSQL databases. You also understand system integration outside the Java/.NET ecosystem using technologies like REST, web services, and messaging.
• In addition to your expertise in Java/.NET, you have proven experience in one or more of the following: Node.js, Flutter, AWS DevOps, Golang, Azure DevOps, GCP DevOps.
• You are an active hands-on contributor in software engineering, and your skills are current, which will be demonstrated during the interview process.
• You have experience with Cloud Technologies and are familiar with modern CI/CD practices in development and production environments.
• You have worked in interdisciplinary teams using modern, agile approaches to software engineering.
• You are willing to actively shape and develop your colleagues' careers.
• You are an experienced leader and a decisive success factor for agile project teams, working closely with project management.
• You understand the impact of architectural decisions at the code level and discuss them with developers.
• You possess strong communication skills and are sensitive to different requirements.
