Job summary

GrabX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Singapore to own the design, build, and maintenance of critical internal experimentation platforms that serve millions of users in the region.

You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, deliver well-tested code, improve performance and reliability, and mentor junior engineers while taking part in on-call incident response.

• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and engineering quality through optimization and refactoring
• Contribute to technical design, architecture, and code reviews
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement measures to strengthen system reliability
• Mentor junior engineers through guidance and knowledge sharing
• Use data and experimentation to improve technical decisions, customer experience, and business outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotations and own incident response and resolution
• Stay current with industry practices and technologies, bringing ideas to the team
