Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and lead the development of scalable enterprise applications across distributed systems.

This role requires frequent travel between offices to coordinate with teams. You will drive architecture, mentor development teams, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software development, deep C++ expertise, and strong Linux/networking skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software development experience including leadership or architecture responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with C++, distributed systems, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Linux, networking protocols TCP/IP and HTTP, multithreading, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
• Role requires travelling as and when required to HQ in China regions for stakeholder meetings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
