We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a state-of-the-art Air Traffic Solution. As a key member of our clients team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with our business strategy.

Key Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in engineering, IT, or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience in designing complex software-centric real-time systems.
• ATM Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in Air Traffic Management standards (ICAO, Eurocontrol) and infrastructure/network architecture design.
• Security Focus: Expertise in designing secure solution architectures that meet security standards and policies.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to manage stakeholders, work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor personnel involved in architecture activities.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Define and propose innovative technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business strategy.
• Analyze architectural and technical choices to ensure the best trade-off between customer requirements, technical solutions, cost, and risk.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with product requirements and industry standards.
• Lead interface definition, arbitrate technically between contributors, and specify Technical Performance Measurements (TPMs).
• Contribute to the development of Architecture Policies, Processes, and Procedures to ensure best practices.
