Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in children, youth, or family work.
• Willing to work after office hours as this is a 24/7 based service.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive intervention and support to children and families.
• Conduct needs and risk assessments according to the service framework.
• Implement and follow up on case plans and interventions.

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage stress and crisis effectively

A positive attitude with the ability to think out of the box

Understanding of trauma and attachment theories

Proficiency in English
