Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of social work experience.
- Experience in social services sector.
- Experience as a Senior Social Worker or in equivalent senior role.
Responsibilities
- Program development for social services initiatives.
- Provide psychotherapy or counseling as appropriate.
- Deliver direct social services and client support.
- Lead and contribute to social work projects and programs.
- Engage with stakeholders to coordinate services and resources.
- Conduct needs assessments for client groups and communities.
- Support mental health initiatives and client well-being.
- Work with adolescents and families as applicable.
- Coordinate case management across multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to community development efforts and service outreach.
