Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or Counselling.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience; family violence experience preferred.
• Experience in supervision.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Casework management and counselling for clients with medium to high risk Family Violence concerns.
• Intake and risk assessment of cases.
• Planning, implementing and evaluating programmes to meet clients’ needs.
• Group work (support and psychoeducation groups).
• Community outreach and community development to address Family Violence.
• Networking and capacity building with stakeholders in addressing Family Violence.
• Research to build domain-specific knowledge in the local context.
• Provide supervision to a team of staff.
