Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to lead end-to-end SoC test development, from silicon bring-up to production release, and to shape robust test strategies.

You will mentor engineering teams, drive yield improvements, and partner with Design, Quality, Reliability, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time market release while leveraging AI-assisted tools and automation to boost productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven expertise in SoC Test Development, Silicon Characterization, Product Qualification, Production Release, Yield Improvement.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in complex R&D SoC test programs.
• Strong knowledge of SoC architectures, wafer sort & final test methodologies, ATE platforms, test development & qualification, yield analysis & optimization, statistical analysis & problem-solving, and Design-for-Test (DFT).
• Experience with Automotive, MCU, Connectivity, Mixed-Signal, Industrial, or Power products is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools, automation frameworks, and advanced data analytics is preferred.
• Recognized as a technical expert in semiconductor test engineering.
• Able to influence technical decisions across organizations without direct authority.
• Strong system-level thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effectively mentors and develops engineering talent.
• Champions innovation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SoC test development from silicon bring-up through characterization, qualification, and production release.
• Define and drive test strategies, methodologies, and architectures for wafer sort and final test across multiple products.
• Own product qualification and production readiness, making recommendations based on quality, reliability, manufacturability, yield, and cost targets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, serving as escalation point for complex test challenges.
• Drive yield improvement, test quality, and test time optimization through data-driven analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Product Engineering, Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing) to ensure on-time market release.
• Champion digitalisation and engineering productivity leveraging automation and AI-assisted tools.
