Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Senior SOC Analyst to protect Oracle cloud infrastructure and defend critical systems. You will conduct threat hunting, IOC analysis, forensics, and incident management across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

The role emphasizes rapid detection, real-time response, and cross-team collaboration with engineering and forensics. The position requires flexibility for shifts/on-call, strong reporting, and the ability to obtain Singapore government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience protecting critical infrastructure and defending cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and incident response skills.
• Familiarity with SIEM, IDS, SOAR and firewall technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support shifts and on-call rotations.
• Detect and respond to security events and threats from alerts.
• Lead investigations and perform deep analysis for rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with security engineering to improve monitoring and tooling.
• Understand threat landscape and apply it to day-to-day monitoring.
• Operate SOC technologies including SIEM, IDS, SOAR, firewalls and anti-malware.
• Assist with incident response activities.
• Prepare reports for the SOC manager.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal reports.
• Monitor and triage SIEM alerts in queue.
• Investigate alerts using standard operating procedures.
• Monitor multiple screens, systems, and alerts simultaneously.
• This role is open to Singaporeans only.
• Must meet eligibility for Singapore government security clearance.
