Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to schedule project activities, supervise site work, and manage technical issues. Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in general building or civil engineering projects, with a preference for those holding a Basic Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. A competitive remuneration package will be offered.

Qualifications

• Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate is preferred.
• At least 4 years’ experience in general building/civil engineering projects.
• Experience with town council term contract/R&R projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule project activities to ensure completion.
• Perform site supervision, including technical and site issues.
• Lead workers in carrying out site work.
• Participate in meetings with clients/contractors.
