Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on-site.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Site Management
- Monitor progress of electrical works to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and delays. - Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings. - Health & Safety
- Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with local safety standards.
- Carry out risk assessments and implement control measures.
- Report and investigate any incidents or near misses. - Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material logs, and inspection reports.
- Ensure documentation for inspections, testing, and commissioning is complete.
