Job summary

job express services pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Site Quantity Surveyor to oversee contract administration, subcontracts, procurement, and client progress claims on the Seletar Project and future opportunities.

You will manage cost controls, measure site changes, prepare payment vouchers and final accounts, and monitor expenditure to keep projects within budget and on schedule. This role reports to the Project Manager and requires strong financial and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration, subcontracts, and client progress claims.
• Source subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate quotations, and manage procurement processes within budget.
• Prepare and submit monthly client progress claims; evaluate subcontractor payment claims and prepare payment vouchers.
• Manage variation orders, measure site changes, and prepare cost impact assessments.
• Monitor project expenditure, forecast potential cost overruns, and advise the Project Manager on financial status.
• Prepare and negotiate the settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

Department / Project Location: Seletar Project / Future Projects

Salary Range: $4,500 – $6,400 / month

Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm
