Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards. You will coordinate MEP works and maintain meticulous site records to support project progress and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 8 years in RTO, with at least 5 years supervising complex works and 3 years in LTA projects such as tunnels and piling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in LTA works like Tunnel, piling and construction etc.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Apply statutory codes and requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring quality control and compliance in construction administration and progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress to support project tracking and reporting.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and manage site issues collaboratively to maintain smooth project execution and team cohesion.
• Coordinate frontline interface and conduct inspections for MEP works, maintaining precise interface records for effective communication and quality assurance.
