We are hiring Senior Site Engineer for a Leading Construction CompanyOverviewThe Senior Site Engineer at our leading construction company in Thiruvanmaiyur plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. They will lead a team of engineers and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities. Oversee overall project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations. Manage and lead a team of engineers and technical staff. Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders. Review and approve project designs and changes. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction. Maintain quality control and safety standards. Provide technical advice and resolve any problems on site. Prepare regular reports and updates for upper management.
