Key Responsibilities:
Operational experience in:
Post-Tensioning works
Bearing replacement
Heavy lifting operations
Structural Repair
Experience knowledge of post-tensioning works, including:
Quality assurance for tendon laying
Quality assurance during stressing operations
Quality assurance for grouting processes
Adherence to safety protocols and PT-specific safety requirements
Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and stressing sequences in coordination with technical and construction teams
Perform component take-offs for post-tensioning materials and accessories
Coordinate with design, site teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements and project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and oversee critical post-tensioning activities
Ensure compliance with project specifications, and health & safety regulations
Interface with clients, consultants, and main contractors for technical coordination and progress reporting.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supervisors, and foremen
Participate in troubleshooting, non-conformance rectification, and as-built documentation.
Cost Control & Monthly Reporting
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of PT systems, anchorage components, jacking equipment, and grouting techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Proven track record in projects with PT systems.
