Collins Aerospace is seeking an analyst to support the SIOP process by delivering integrated analyses, executive reports and actionable insights across demand, supply, inventory and capacity. You will help ensure master data integrity and drive improvements through automation and planning governance.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance to enable informed decisions and stronger forecast accuracy in a complex aerospace environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• SIOP / Integrated Business Planning experience.
• Aerospace or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Experience in production and capacity planning.
• Strong governance of planning master data.

Aufgaben

• Support the monthly SIOP process with integrated analyses and executive reports.
• Analyze demand, production capacity, inventory and supply trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate capacity against forecasted demand and highlight constraints and recovery scenarios.
• Develop scenario analyses for decision-making on demand, capacity and inventory.
• Support financial reconciliation and executive SIOP reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health and capacity utilization.
• Maintain planning master data integrity (material master, BOM, PFEP, lead times).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials and Configuration Management.
