Job summary

Qorvo Singapore seeks an experienced Silicon Process Integration Engineer to support development, qualification, transfer, and sustaining of advanced silicon technologies powering our product roadmap and manufacturing objectives. The role requires deep technical expertise and hands-on problem solving across development to high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred.
5+ years of semiconductor process integration experience.
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
English fluency required; additional languages valued.
Experience with external foundries preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive silicon process integration to achieve performance, yield, and reliability targets.
Resolve complex integration and yield issues using data-driven analysis.
Partner with external foundries to develop, qualify, transfer, and sustain silicon processes.
Collaborate with design, product engineering, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams across global sites.
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
