Senior Shipping Coordinator (Interview on 12 April 2025)

Job Summary:

1. 1 Year Contract (Extendible & Convertible)

2. Gross Salary: Up to $3,200+

3. Basic Salary: $2,400 to $3,200 (based on relevant experience)

4. Paid Overtime

5. Guaranteed 13th-month bonus

6. 12 days of annual leave, paid sick leave, and annual increment

7. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) and/or Saturday (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)

8. Working Locations: (Can Choose)

   1. Upper Changi (near Tampines East MRT)

   2. Tampines Industrial Ave (near Tampines IKEA)

   3. Changi South (near Expo MRT)

   4. Greenwich Drive (near Hougang region)

   5. Alps Ave (company transport from AMK / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Jurong East)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and communicate with customers and transporters regarding daily issues and order planning to meet shipment delivery and collection requirements.

2. Collect data and submit accurate reports to the Operations Executive.

3. Manage cycle count administration.

4. Ensure timely and orderly completion of all incoming shipments (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments.

5. Verify the accuracy and timely submission of all shipment documentation.

6. Lead process improvement initiatives and their implementation.

7. Report non-conformances related to receiving to the Operations Executive.

8. Assume the Operations Executive's duties in their absence.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics Operations

2. 2 years of relevant experience in 3PL

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
