Job summary

BASE CAMP DIGITAL PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to lead a team building enterprise applications on Power Platform and SharePoint Online, with exposure to Copilot Studio. You will own the full lifecycle, architect scalable SPFx solutions, design AI-enabled workflows, and partner with business stakeholders to drive reliability, performance and continuous improvement across M365 apps.

Qualifications

5+ years leading BAU ops and enhancements; experience as solution architect and stakeholder manager.
Hands-on SPFx development experience.
Deep Power Platform knowledge with end-to-end ownership.
Experience with Copilot Studio for AI workflows.
Azure integrations or AI services experience.
5+ years web development with ASP.NET, React, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS, RESTful APIs.
5+ years .NET C# backend development.
5+ years architecting/administering/migrating M365 SharePoint Online.
Experience building custom apps with Visual Studio, C#, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Own incident, problem, and service request management, meeting SLA targets.
Architect for scale—design, build, and maintain forms and workflows across SharePoint Online, M365, and Power Platform (SPFx).
Leverage Copilot Studio to build AI-assisted workflows and conversational experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess apps and drive smarter technical processes.
Lead rigorous testing (unit, SIT, UAT) to ensure quality.
Manage deployments and monitor Azure performance; stay current with Power Platform releases.
Maintain clear solution designs and technical documentation.
