Job summary

Maybank is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design and implement custom SharePoint 2019 solutions. You will build web parts, master pages, and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft applications.

The role requires strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL skills, with a focus on quality testing, security, and collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SharePoint features.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing SharePoint 2019 applications.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, concepts, and functionalities.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with web services and MS SQL Server is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom SharePoint 2019 solutions using web parts, client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery), and server-side scripting (C#, ASP.NET).
• Create custom master pages and application pages to extend the SharePoint user interface.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft applications and services.
• Perform SharePoint migrations (experience with migrating to SharePoint 2019 a plus).
• Conduct unit testing and implement security best practices.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SharePoint trends and technologies.
