Senior Service Engineer (Scientific Analytical Instruments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific instruments at customer sites.
• Address technical concerns and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams.
• Deliver training to end-users and distributors.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations based on customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Over 4 years of experience servicing scientific analytical instruments is preferred.
• Knowledge of scientific and analytical analyzers is advantageous.
