Responsibilities

1. Provide installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of products at customer sites.
2. Collaborate with customers to resolve service concerns and offer technical solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service support.
4. Identify opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts.
5. Prepare service and spare parts quotations based on customer inquiries and work closely with internal teams.

Requirements

1. At least 3-4 years of service engineer experience with scientific analytical instruments.
2. Comfortable traveling overseas as and when required.
