Senior Service Engineer – Analytical & Scientific Instruments

► Basic up to $6000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Installation, Commissioning, Training, Calibration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repairing of related products at customer sites.

• Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems.

• Create and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service support.

• Identify potential opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts and service upgrades.

• Work closely with our internal Sales and Technical Support team.

• Provide training to end users and distributors on proper product usage and maintenance.

• Prepare service and spare parts quotations based on customer enquiries.

• Document service reports, maintain records, and follow up on service cases.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments (e.g., particle size analyzers, spectrometers, or similar).

• Experience with instruments used in laboratories, R&D centers, or industrial QA/QC environments is preferred.

• Good understanding of scientific/analytical analyzers is highly advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
