JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The role will involve various product lines of servicing duties at customer sites. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with different fields of sales and engineering teams to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide Installation, Commissioning, Training, Calibration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repairing of related products at customer sites.
2. Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solutions on technical problems.
3. Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide good service support.
4. Identify potential opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts.
5. Work closely with internal sales and technical teams.
6. Provide training to end users and distributors.
7. Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. Preferably more than 4 years of working experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments.
3. Knowledge of scientific and analytical analyzers such as Particle Size Analyzer, XRF, Spectroscopy, ICP would be advantageous.
4. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
5. Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
7. Preferably possess own transport.
8. Willing to travel overseas.
