Job description

Your primary function is to provide surveillance over life and property by patrolling the premises and checking the movement of people/goods.

Environment: Commercial Building

Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) - One Raffles Quay
Work Regime: 5/6 days per week, rotating off days
Work Hours: 0800hrs to 2000hrs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform rotating shifts-duty to provide security involving the following key activities:

1. In-Charge of CCTV Center/Central Alarm Monitoring Centre/ Fire Command Centre

2. Conduct Security Audits & Risk Assessment

• Assess security risks & prepare mitigation measures

• Plan, confirm and conduct security audits

3. Higher Supervision

• Plan, assess & review team performance

• Train & assess subordinates

• Develop individual training & competency roadmaps

• Conduct After Action Reviews

4. Other ad-hoc duties assigned strictly in accordance to PWM guidelines

*Key duties and responsibilities may be vary based on assignment’s requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid PLRD security license of SSS rank

• Have to undergo background checks

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Basic computer skills are required

• Independent, well-organized, and good work attitude

• Supervisory skill is an added advantage
