Job summary

Premier Security Co-Operative Ltd. seeks security personnel to perform screening, patrolling, access control, incident response, and operation of safety systems within client premises in Singapore.

The role includes traffic regulation, CCTV monitoring, and safeguarding key areas with strict adherence to client instructions. Responsibilities cover reporting irregularities, detaining or escalating suspicious activity, assisting evacuations, and maintaining comprehensive access logs.

Responsibilities

• Screening of people, property or vehicles.
• Patrol & clock routes on the premises, check the premises.
• Note and report irregularities as instructed.
• Detain suspicious person or vehicle and await instructions.
• Control entry and exit points; conduct identity checks and pass exchanges.
• Operate gates, doors or barriers and maintain access logs; escort visitors.
• Respond to incidents: fires, crimes, medical emergencies, threats; report as required.
• Assist in evacuations and provide safety support within guarded premises.
• Operate Security & Safety Systems including Central Alarm, Fire and Lift controls.
• Regulate traffic under applicable rules and client directions.
• Monitor CCTV/CAMS and FCC, maintain storage libraries and preserve evidence.
• Manage keys to areas defined as critical or sensitive by the client.
