The Tanglin Club in Singapore invites an enthusiastic Security Officer to safeguard members, staff, and premises. You will manage access control, patrol duties, clocking, and Lost & Found processes while maintaining high service standards.

Applicants should be able to respond quickly to emergencies, operate fire alarm systems, and direct security operations under management guidance to ensure a safe, prestige club environment.

• Record and secure lost and found items; assist members with lockers.
• Respond to emergencies, operate fire alarm system, and manage safety procedures.
• Direct supervision of security officers and ensure adherence to standards.
• Prepare and submit incident/feedback reports to management.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• 1. Perform traffic management at both driveways including car park checks.
• 2. Perform access control duties by manning all entrances and exits.
• 3. Perform patrol and clocking duties.
• 4. Perform Back Gate / Staff Entrance duty; all documents and Keys are kept and accountable for.
• 5. Ensure all security equipment in working order and secure.
• 6. Assist members in using or resetting personal storage lockers in the club.
• 7. Assist members in all enquires and to maintain the standard of a Prestige Club.
• 8. Receive, record and safe keep all items found as part of Lost & Found procedures.
• 9. Respond to all emergencies in the club and to manage the Fire Alarm System / Lift Supervisory Panel.
• 10. Report all incidents, defects, hazards, complaints and feedbacks.
• 11. Ensure all Club procedure to be carried out diligently.
• 12. Assist in carrying out all operational and administrative duties.
• 13. Ensure conformity of work standards and consistency when carrying out departmental operations and other security and safety related matter on day-to-day basis.
• 14. Conduct initial investigation into an incident, feedback or complaints.
• 15. Submit all relevant reports to management.
• 16. Direct supervision of all security officers.
• 17. Handle ad hoc and/or specific task given by management.
• 18. Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the management.
