Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Security Engineer to own the end-to-end security strategy for high-risk third-party SaaS platforms and to mentor a team of engineers. You will design and implement advanced security controls, conduct security assessments, and collaborate across product and infrastructure teams to reduce risk.

You will help scale our security posture with AI/ML tooling and ensure secure adoption of SaaS launches, while guiding engineers through complex security challenges and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.
• 5 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.
• 1 year of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the resolution of complex security incidents and policy questions.
• Lead technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
• Architect and mentor on SaaS security controls and SSPM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
