Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Automation Lead to bolster cybersecurity through automation, data analytics, and intelligent tooling. You will design and maintain distributed Splunk environments and drive automation using Python, APIs, dashboards, and AI tools.

Role covers security engineering across AWS, Azure, M365, and OCP, with focus on monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance; collaborate with infra and app teams to embed security-by-design in cloud and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
10+ years of experience in design, deployment and maintenance of distributed/clustered Splunk environments.
Familiar with Splunk SPL, Linux commands and Python scripting.
Proven developer with system integration/interfacing experience.
Experience integrating infrastructure and security devices.
Security design architecture and process knowledge.
Splunk core SPL and reporting expertise.
Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Cloud security, monitoring, and compliance across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 and OCP.

Responsibilities

Enhance cybersecurity posture through automation, data analytics, tooling and cloud security engineering.
Design, implement and maintain distributed Splunk environments with integration to infra and apps.
Lead security automation initiatives using Splunk, Python, APIs, dashboards and AI tools.
Support security engineering across AWS, Azure, M365 and OCP including monitoring and vulnerability management.
Develop integrations between cloud security services, SIEMs and security tooling for visibility and automation.
Collaborate with infra, platform and app teams to enforce security-by-design in cloud and containerized environments.
