Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee a Photo Department, aligning production with the master plan and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering, at least 5 years in Photo Manufacturing, and 3+ years in a managerial role with reporting staff. Strong data analytics, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proven track record of meeting delivery KPIs are essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Photo Manufacturing (Semiconductor industry)


• Min 3 years’ experience in managerial role with reporting staff


• Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery


• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI


• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful


• Strong team player


• Good communication skill and good data analytic skill and Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software
