Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Tutor(experienced in secondary & IP Math/Chemistry)to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is 3-5 years into their career, have proven track records of results and is passionate about motivating students and looking to build a long-term career in the tuition industry.

Requirements
· Working Hours: Wed - Fri 12-9pm Sat-Sun 930-630pm

· Expert on secondary and IP Chemistry Math Physics Biology or relevant degrees to apply

Responsibilities

Year 1-2

* Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions following the IP syllabus for secondary levels.

* Maintain excellent classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment for all students. This includes setting clear expectations, managing student behaviour effectively, and fostering a respectful atmosphere.

* Be fully accountable for the academic progress and well-being of all students in your classes by providing timely and constructive feedback.

Year 3-6 (if aligned with your career growth)

* Contribute to the development of online learning resources

* Assist in the training and mentorship of junior tutors

* Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students

* Engage in community-building initiatives to foster a strong connection with students and parents

* Managing and own a centre under My Masterclass umbrella.
