Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking an individual for a 1 Year Contract position in Yishun. The role involves supporting project transfers, coordinating communication with stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives are met. Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and demonstrate critical thinking and good interpersonal skills.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with a salary of up to $4,500 plus Variable Bonus.

Job Responsiblities

• Supports the department in coordination and communication to stakeholders ensuring alignment and projects reaches success.
• Responsible to lead project transfers for modules for both before/after M300.
• Required to align the expected objectives with management team.
• Draft the timeline, scope, and work packages before engaging required stakeholders during the kick-off meeting.
• Responsible to resolve roadblocks with the team and when a decision is required, to elevate issues for management attention with proposals.
• For NPI activities, he/she supports by coordinating the pre-series build. He/she will need to ensure each process owner handshakes to the next task seamlessly and all stakeholders are completing required tasks within the stipulated timeline.
• Summarise the activities and feedback the results of the pre-series build to all stakeholders.
• Involved in reviewing project processes and is actively involved to engage in discussions to align globally for both NPI and transition projects for Make.
• Gather the required information and review it with relevant local stakeholders for required changes/improvements and feedback it to global team.
