Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Singapore to develop and support SAP functionality (PP & SD) and provide level 1 user support. You will collaborate with SAP analysts and IT Ops to analyze processes and design solutions, including testing in a controlled environment.

You will work on business requirements, automation through Agentic AI tools, and occasional travel. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in IT are required, with SAP ECC/S4 and MES experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years overall IT experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP S/4, PP, SD or Logistics.
• Experience using Agentic AI tools is a must.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support SAP functionality in PP and SD areas.
• Provide level 1 SAP user support and issue resolution.
