You will play a vital role in the IT Department by providing support for various SuccessFactors modules, conducting user requirement analyses, and driving process improvements. Qualified candidates should have extensive experience in HR and Payroll processes, along with strong technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors and project management.

We’re searching for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to be part of our IT Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible in SAP SuccessFactors Support. This is a 1-year contract role.

What you will be working on:

  • To support, manage and provide solutions for SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding, Employee Central Core, Benefits, Time-off, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning & Succession).
  • Conduct detailed user requirement analysis for system enhancements, gather business information needs, and translate them into clear requirement specifications.
  • Assess potential solutions and offer recommendations to business users based on their needs.
  • Support the configuration of SuccessFactors modules and assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports to meet business user needs.
  • Provide expert advice on system optimization and best practices.
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and document end-to-end unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Provide support to users during User Acceptance Testing (VAT).
  • Oversee and resolve system integration issues with other systems, such as SAP, ServiceNow and Third-party systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business users to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure seamless application maintenance support.
  • Ensure HR system complies with SOX security requirement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in work processes and environment to achieve assigned section/department and/or company KPI.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff.

More About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification(s) in one or more SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred.
  • Atleast 6 years of HR & Payroll processing experience. Proven experience in SuccessFactors support and configuration, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on involvement in various SuccessFactors modules.
  • Understand overall SuccessFactors features and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data models within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors MDF (Metadata Framework) and Integration Center for configuring data models and building custom integrations.
  • Experience with Postman or similar tools for AP! testing and debugging.
  • Knowledge of role-based permissions (RBP) in SuccessFactors to ensure secure data access during integrations.
  • Able to lead SuccessFactors projects in areas such as process analysis, design, develop, prototype/implementation, system/report interface, testing, conversion, user testing and post-production support.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Process Skill in Project Management.
  • Skill in Business Process mapping.
  • Evaluate, test and approve proposed changes to the applications in the area Knowledge in BTP & CPI will be an added advantage
