We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Specialist with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Suite, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and define business processes and data flows.

• Configure SuccessFactors modules to align with business requirements and ensure system efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes and improvements.

• Conduct user training, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-deployment support.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT and at least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors; Configuration experience is a MUST.

• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Goals & Management, Time-Off, Learning and etc.

• Experience in process optimization, system integration, and application support.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as SAP Specialist.
