Key Responsibilities
- Creating business blueprint and design documents in consultation with the business for Security and GRC activities.
- Coordinating with various teams for smooth implementation of Security and GRC tasks, with foresight to predict dependencies.
- Owning assigned tasks and resolving issues promptly.
- Understanding business requirements and providing standard, workaround, or development solutions with functional specifications.
- Facilitating assessment/blueprint workshops to analyze client requirements.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Working in projects following Agile methodologies.
- Assisting clients in SAP S&A & GRC implementation, configuration, and support.
- Experience with User and Role administration in SAP NetWeaver, BW, BPC, and EWM.
- Managing multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities, team management, and client relationship building.
- Supporting creation of test scenarios, scripts, cutover plans, and facilitating go-live support.
- Providing status updates and acting as project manager for small to medium projects.
- Training and engagement with ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001, including reporting and corrective actions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of SAP Security and GRC experience.
- Strong experience in ECC & S/4HANA Role Design, Administration & Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Security & Authorization tables, GRC modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
- Excel skills for complex analysis.
- Configuration and administration of GRC 10.x onwards.
- Understanding of GRC BC sets, Workflow, Ruleset customization.
- Knowledge of SAP Security concepts, landscape, transports, and version compatibility.
- Experience in Risk Remediation & Process Controls.
- Basic understanding of functional tables and transactions, and primary Business Processes.
- Experience in creating design documents and coordinating with teams.
- Proactive, initiative-taking, and ownership-oriented attitude.
Preferences
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
