Job summary

Rio Tinto Singapore Holdings Pte Ltd is driving a global ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA. The Senior Advisor - Operational and Closure Readiness coordinates SME activities for Move & Sell readiness, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.

You will work with regional Change leads and site representatives to plan, schedule and track readiness efforts. Reporting to the Manager, Move & Sell Readiness, you will establish activity plans, act as the main coordination point

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• Experience working in matrix organizations or operational environments with SMEs.
• Project management experience.
• Commercial/Shared Services work experience: understanding end-to-end Deal to Contract and Order to Cash processes.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Experience coordinating readiness, deployment or transformation activities with multiple SMEs or site stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, schedule and track execution activities including logistics and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain activity plans, task lists and trackers for SME deliverables.
• Act as the primary coordination point between SMEs and Product Group Readiness Leads for execution activities.
• Support mobilisation of SMEs for Product Group readiness activities within the region.
• Coordinate scheduling for SME activities ensuring sessions are planned and sequenced.
• Logistics planning and travel coordination as needed.
• Engage local site representatives to factor site-specific requirements into planning.
