Ad Astra Staffing Solutions Private Limited seeks an SAP S/4HANA Delivery Executive in Singapore to lead a large-scale transformation programme, providing executive governance and delivery accountability. The role focuses on complex multi-workstream delivery, client relationships at C-suite level and stringent risk management.

The candidate will oversee P&L, margins, vendor and partner governance, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP delivery experience with at least 8+ years in senior leadership roles (Programme/Delivery Director).
• Proven delivery of two large SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, commercial ownership (P&L, margins) and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive accountability for programme delivery, outcomes and service levels.
• Chair senior governance and steering committee meetings with client leadership.
• Manage senior client relationships and delivery governance, including risk and escalation handling.
• Oversee engagement-level commercial performance and partner/subcontractor governance.
• Ensure delivery complies with security, regulatory and client-specific requirements.
