Job summary

HICS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a SAP MM Consultant to manage and support purchasing, inventory, materials, and vendor data using SAP MM. You will configure MM modules, handle P2P processes, and ensure accurate master data across related modules.

You will collaborate with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM teams, troubleshoot issues, and prepare documentation and user guides. The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills and is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Configure and support SAP MM modules.
• Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain material and vendor/master data.
• Configure purchasing, inventory management, and account determination.
• Work with business users to understand requirements and improve processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM issues and provide user support.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM teams for integration.
• Support SAP testing, upgrades, implementations, and system changes.
• Train users and prepare user guides where required.
