Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Senior Lead to drive enterprise integration across SAP and non-SAP systems, providing leadership for SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and BTP initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure digital solutions for HR and corporate functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
8–10 years of experience in enterprise applications, integration platforms, and solution delivery.
Proven experience leading business analysis and technical delivery workstreams.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, and process design activities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and business process reviews.
Recommend innovative technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Act as functional lead for SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP BTP initiatives.
Review and govern integration architecture, interfaces, APIs, and data mappings.
Lead integration projects involving SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise apps.
Work with technical teams to resolve integration issues and optimize performance.
Lead business analysis and enhancement initiatives for SAP custom applications.
Drive application modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Review technical designs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
