Job summary

Charterhouse Pte Ltd seeks a senior SAP leader to drive enterprise SAP architecture and delivery across ERP, manufacturing, supply chain and finance. The role starts as a senior individual contributor with a clear path to lead a 30-50 person SAP delivery team working with vendors and partners.

The successful candidate will engage with executives; 80% focus on delivery and architecture, 20% on stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of SAP experience across SAP ERP and SAP ECC environments.
• Proven end-to-end delivery experience across large and complex SAP programmes.
• Strong experience in high-technology manufacturing, electronics manufacturing or related industries.
• Deep practical knowledge of SAP ECC architecture and delivery.
• Experience across multiple SAP modules and integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP enterprise architecture and delivery across ECC and future S/4HANA initiatives.
• Drive full project lifecycle: scoping, estimation, design, implementation and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, finance.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, executives and sponsors.
• Manage SAP integrations with external systems and vendor relationships.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and roadmaps; perform reviews and risk analysis.
