Job Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing and deploying Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omnistudio. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, lead the development of custom solutions, and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture. You will also mentor junior developers and provide thought leadership to ensure the success of the platform in meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omnistudio.
• Customization & Development: Customize Salesforce applications, including creating Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Omnistudio Expertise: Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Omnistudio for guided processes, dynamic pages, and integrations with other systems.
• Integration: Design and implement integration solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party services.
• Salesforce Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications, particularly in large and complex environments.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. Continuously recommend and implement improvements to maximize platform capabilities.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for the Salesforce solutions. Lead training sessions for end users and team members.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in an architect or lead role. Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omnistudio implementations. Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Technical Skills:
• Salesforce Platform: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), SOQL/SOSL.
• Omnistudio: Experience with Omnistudio for guided flows, dynamic screens, data raptors, OmniScripts, and integration with external systems.
• Integration: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and other middleware technologies.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or similar version control tools.
• Salesforce Tools: Salesforce DX, Sandbox, Developer Console, and Workbench.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II; Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer (preferred); Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred); Salesforce Certified System Architect (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or other Salesforce products.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lightning Experience and transitioning from Classic to Lightning.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, or CircleCI.
