Job summary

Aligning with our expansion plan, we are looking for a highly driven and meticulous Sales Support Executive to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions on aftersales parts and service.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales orders fulfillment.
• Support warranty claims or service coordination when needed.
• Assist in preparing price comparisons and cost calculations when required.
• Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals to all key stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned tasks or duties as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• MUST be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• MUST have dual exposure in purchasing and customer sales.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with the suppliers/customers.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Well organized and meticulous.
• Able to start work within short notice.
• Evidence of ‘Right to Work in Singapore’.
