Job Summary

As a Senior / Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate application, quotation, and technical support to the customer sales channels.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide timely and accurate application, quotation, and technical support to the customer sales channels.
• Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings when required.
• Support product, application, and sales tools training to customers.
• Quote compliance evaluation with customer and end user’s specification.
• Revert to customer on TQs on initial submission and follow up.
• Attend kick-off meetings for projects towards the successful execution after ordering stage.
• Coordinate between Project Management and Customers till the end of commissioning.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales and application experience in the control valves industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of control valves and industry standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation).
