You will lead a field sales representative team to ensure the delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a specific area. Collaboration with cross-functional colleagues will be essential to meet activation and reporting goals against KPIs.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Manage, develop, and motivate the team, working closely with the sales capability team to ensure training delivery.
  2. Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and targets, providing reports as needed.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enable excellent execution of our categories.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability, and customer finance to optimize returns.
  5. Understand category insights and coach the team in using tools to engage customers and influence decisions that grow categories and meet plans.
