Role: Senior Sales Specialist, GSS

Location: Singapore

Our sales team is the face of our business, playing a vital role in increasing revenue, enhancing our brand reputation, and building long-term customer relationships to ensure our products reach those in need. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our GYN Surgical Solutions (GSS) sales team in Singapore.

What to Expect:

  • Achieve sales objectives for all of Hologic’s surgical products through value-based selling compared to competitors and other treatment options.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs, conduct market intelligence, and build referral and lead generation networks.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), communicate technical product information, and engage with payers, insurers, and healthcare providers to meet sales targets.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Coordinate joint marketing and educational activities to increase customer engagement and value perception, working with distributors.
  • Develop and implement targeted promotional programs for regional customers and decision-makers.
  • Support the development of in-field training programs and foster relationships with training centers.
  • Provide surgical procedure and technical product training/support to doctors and hospital staff.

What We Expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the medical devices industry, with a focus on sales/marketing of surgical products; experience with GYN surgical solutions is a plus.
  • Proven sales performance and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical or scientific concepts clearly.
  • Experience in customer management and developing Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Strong selling skills, adaptability, and adherence to industry and company standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Highly organized with good time management and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, is desirable.
