Job Description

1. To achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales channel.
2. Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its growing presence.
3. Imparting sales training sessions to dealer’s sales team including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.
4. To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the dealer’s network for the purpose of assigning tasks to sales and marketing executives.
5. Responsible for all administrative issues and keeping track of overall individual and team sales.
6. Work closely with other functional groups not limited to Marketing, Accounts, Logistics & Operations, and HR to ensure accomplishment of tasks assigned.
7. Preparation of Monthly Sales, Collection Reports & Yearly Budget Plans.
8. Updates on Market Shift and Competitors Activities; Involve in Management Strategic Policies making process.
9. Highly motivated individual to closely work with the sales team to accomplish assigned tasks and company objectives.
10. May be required to travel for Regional Sales and Product Meetings.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Management/ Business.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience preferably in the kitchen appliances handling both traditional and modern trade/ project sales.
3. Experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and business associates.
5. Passionate and strong drive to achieve targets set.

Compensation

1. Sales Commission SGD 3,000 – 4,000 per month.
2. Petrol Allowance SGD 880 per month (Possesses own car).
